Idyllic setting, delicate dishes, and chic atmosphere. These are the criteria of Ambrosia, the new gem that will soon be added to the collection of the Gusto Family, located at the Beaulieu Marina.
We are looking for several Chefs de Rang (M/F) for a seasonal contract to be the key players in our service team.
Position starts in mid-April 2025.
Your role is to:
- Present the menu
- Advise the customers
- Take orders
- Serve food and drinks
- Handle payments
You:
- Have a strong sense of customer service
- Are dynamic and a team player
- Have expertise in fish filleting
- Have a good level of English
- Have at least 1 year of experience in a similar position
