CHEF DE PARTIE H/F CDD SAISONNIER

Idyllic setting, delicate dishes, and a chic ambiance. These are the qualities of Ambrosia, the new gem that will soon join the collection of the Gusto Family, located at the Beaulieu Marina.

We are looking for several Chefs de Partie (M/F) to join our brigade, inspired by Italian and Mediterranean cuisine, for a fixed-term seasonal contract lasting 3 to 6 months, including the mandatory months of June/July/August 2025.

Your role includes:

  • Assisting the Sous Chef and Head Chef
  • Elevating our dishes
  • Mastering both hot and cold stations

You:

  • Adhere to hygiene standards
  • Master cooking methods for your assigned station
  • Have a sense of teamwork
  • Possess at least 3 years of experience in the kitchen
